Following the deadline for submitting applications, the list of registered participants and their assigned place number will be published on 26 May so that, if necessary due to the number of available places being exceeded, a public draw can be held.

For the purposes of the draw, the application submitted by each family unit will be taken into account, ensuring that individuals included in the same application (only one per family unit) participate jointly and consecutively.

A number will be chosen at random from which places will be allocated, up to the limit of 120 available places per week.

Registered applicants who are not selected will join a waiting list to cover potential cancellations. They will be contacted in consecutive order.

During the camp, groups will be organised by age based on those admitted.
